For enterprises, it is a very important opportunity for innovation and development. So specific to the construction of enterprise WAN, what are the new technologies, new applications and new thinking that enterprises need to pay attention to? Recently, Mr. Chen Changlin, Sales Director of Guanglian Group in South China, was invited to ENI Economic and Information Network to talk about the new thinking of enterprise wide area network application and construction under the new infrastructure policy.

Q1: In the context of the current new infrastructure, what is the thinking or response to the construction of the entire WAN and the changes in demand?

Now new infrastructure, digital economy, 5G, big data, AI, is the trend of the overall enterprise, Ma Yun also said that now is the era of DT. In the past, we did WAN enterprises only internal control, now more enterprises will put their data in the cloud, such as retail, what data is needed, are uploaded to the data center, enterprises because of such changes, the demand for the overall WAN is increasing. For example, in some manufacturing industries, the data center was only placed in the headquarters, but now it will be placed in the data center; Data connectivity, which used to be in headquarters, will now also be in data centers. The wide area network of the enterprise as a whole has produced great changes.

This is also our enterprise has been pursuing, one is that customers need a very stable network. For example, the epidemic requires video conferencing, and high-quality networks must have dedicated lines. At the same time, the cost of dedicated lines will be relatively high, and customers need Internet. Light union has been in line with technological innovation, ten years ago has made a dual-use network, to build a dedicated network for enterprises, and there will be Internet on the WAN and main network. In this way, customers can not only ensure a high-quality network, but also reduce the cost of the overall network, and also achieve a mutual backup mechanism. Q2: In these two aspects, the first is the ecological construction of products and partners. Another aspect is in the service, mentioned the strong part, could you give us a detailed introduction?

Light Union has been in the competitive market, one is to hold the new technology, while the overall operation and maintenance capacity is enhanced, which is our two major tools in the market competition.

Just now also said that SD-WAN technology is developed by Huawei SD-WAN landing, while strengthening the overall operation and maintenance. At present, we have deployed more than 2,100 peripheral service manufacturers in the country, and have an overall operation and maintenance system, which includes the implementation department. Although more than 2,100, it is actually difficult to associate, for us, the required outsourcing personnel do not need to do too much technical work in the local, as long as the installation, power distribution, etc., all the configuration is performed by us.

We have formed a set of networks, especially inside the end of the way. On the whole, when the customer encounters a fault at the end, we can help to do the configuration in time, many times the WAN will do a complete set of operation and maintenance system, including active control, failure, may be a WAN will have a fault point equipment, there are lines, there are various problems. Over the past 17 years, we have accumulated a complete set of service systems, which can provide customers with a secure WAN service.

Q3: If we want to obtain customer's service cognition, we need to have some key nodes for customer cognition first. Can you introduce this?

This is the development shift over the past decade, many customers to buy their own hardware, and now rent cloud services. We do the same for network services, reduce CAPEX (capital expenditure) investment, and increase the OPEX (enterprise management expenditure) part. In fact, many enterprises have this awareness, such as Vanke hopes that network operators will all turn parcels into the form of services, which is a factor considered by more and more enterprises.

Now whether it is 5G or AI, big data trends are developing faster and faster, investing in a communication equipment today, three or five years has been unable to catch up with the technology, so today to consider investing in equipment, it is better to give all network service packages to third parties. As long as the basic network is up to the required standard goals, equipment and everything else is left to third-party operators, who can enjoy the latest technology and network services.

Q4: Can you give us some examples, such as the support provided by Light Link and the power of the support in the back?

For example, in this epidemic, many enterprises have an increasing demand for the network, and now it is not convenient to travel, and they have changed the previous way, collaborative office, video or home office, which are part of the enterprise increasingly rely on.

First, the wide area network, including the overall development of the enterprise has a new SD-WAN, 5G and other technical support, which is part of the technical level. At the same time, Light Link has extended the overall network overseas, as far as South America, and has built 25 points overseas. Enterprises in different environments, whether in the domestic, multi-point situation office or in foreign enterprise network needs, we use SD-WAN combined with overseas nodes, to provide enterprises with better quality, cost-effective network.

Q5: In these two aspects, the first is the security in a broad sense, and the other is the concern for the service application, how does the light link do?

The whole process of the company is in accordance with international standards, such as our services are strictly in accordance with IOS9.0 system standards, including TL9000 and so on. In the section of information security, the company in accordance with ISO27001 international standards.

The second part is for the overall enterprise, we provide system services, just mentioned the current situation of the network, we will provide customers with the overall network monitoring, although the service is our help, but customers can control the entire network situation anytime and anywhere, including the current situation of every point.
