As the first batch of high-tech enterprises in China to participate in and obtain SD-WAN Ready certification, Guanglian has maintained close cooperation with ICIC in recent years, won many awards in the SD-WAN Summit and "Blooming Cup" 5G application contest, and successfully entered the list of the first batch of SD-WAN operational capacity building evaluation enterprises of China ICIC. In line with the trend of innovation and construction in the Greater Bay Area, and with the implementation of the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, the company also hopes to work with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology to help the development of communication integration and digital economy in the Greater Bay Area.

Director Zhang Haiyi said that the Institute adheres to the positioning of "national high-end professional think tank and industrial innovation and development platform", is an industrial innovation platform that opens up new technology research, standard development, test verification, testing and certification to the whole chain of industrial promotion, and provides high-end professional services of decision-making research, consulting services, industrial incubation, and application demonstration throughout the entire life cycle of the industry. In 2017, China ICT Institute established Guangdong Hengqin Science and Technology Innovation Center. Under the current development trend of innovation construction in the Greater Bay Area and Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, Zhang Haiyi is full of confidence to strengthen the in-depth cooperation with Guanglian Group in the next step, and puts forward three suggestions:

• Jointly carry out technical research in large communication directions such as computer network integration and spark chain network, promote technological innovation, cultivate industrial ecology, and establish long-term and stable industrial promotion relations in the field.
• Jointly explore major digital directions such as 5G+ industrial Internet and Internet of vehicles, and build new models of research and enterprise cooperation and new businesses based on the needs of the industry.
Tian Hui, director of the Information and Communication Institute, said in the exchange that the rise and rapid development of SD-WAN allows enterprise users to manage the network to "see the management and use it well." Today, SD-WAN has become the mainstream trend of industrial digitalization and will usher in greater development prospects. Lei Mingyu, director of the ICT Institute, said that SD-WAN, with its agility, security, reliability, flexibility, diversity and many other characteristics, is highly respected by many enterprises, and it is expected that under the promotion of current emerging technologies, the ICT Institute and the Guanglian Group can form closer cooperation in SD-WAN, edge computing, blockchain and other technology fields as well as the Guangdong-Macao deep cooperation area.
